The Feelgood Plan

feelgood-bookJust picked up The Feelgood Plan by Dalton Wong and Kate Faithfull-Williams, and I am loving it so far!  It teaches you about how to live a healthy life without completely sacrificing all the foods you love.  There are thorough explanations on how to determine what your body actually needs and how to satisfy those needs.  They teach you how to shape a lifestyle rather than tackling a fad diet.  I definitely recommend checking it out!
